Therapy isn’t just about coping—it’s about thriving. Through values-based care, individual therapy helps you align your actions with what truly matters to you. Whether you're navigating life’s challenges, healing from the past, or striving for personal growth, therapy provides a supportive space to gain clarity, build resilience, and create lasting change—on your terms.

Individual sessions are typically 50-55 minutes once a week and will reduce as your life improves. This time is spent working on your individual goals created by you and your therapist. We use our everyday experiences, past events, and curiosities about the patterns in our lives to make sense of how we want to live our current reality.
